Kuiper Belt: In Depth
The first of these strange bodies, which astronomers call Kuiper Belt Objects (KBOs), came to light in 1992, discovered by Dave Jewitt and Jane Luu -- a pair of scientists who didn't believe the outer solar system was empty.

In the house at Wihaldenstrasse 10 in Hinwil, where Billy lived with his family at the time, there was a large room measuring about 8 x 8 metres, which was used for meetings and discussions, etc. One day in 1975, early in the morning, Billy had a meeting with his family. One day in 1975, early in the morning, Billy, Jacobus Bertschinger, Engelbert Wächter, a professor of physics from Männedorf (whose name Billy no longer remembers), two men from the Rhine Valley and Hans Jacob sat there together and talked about journeys into the past that young Eduard had been able to experience with Sfath at the time. Hans Jacob, who could not come to terms with the understanding of the concept of time-travel, pressed for proof. At his insistence, the following was then planned and carried out – based on an idea of the professor: Hans Jacob wrote a short letter on the spot, put it in an envelope, which he sealed and addressed to himself. Billy gave him a stamp, which he immediately stuck on the envelope. Billy then took the letter and, with Semjase's consent and support, posted it 3 days later at the post office in Ettenhausen. After Hans Jacob had returned home on the aforementioned morning, i.e. around noon, he received the letter, which he had had in his hand about 3 hours ago, directly from the postman. And indeed, the letter contained a postmark dated 3 days before the conversation had taken place at Billy's house. Confronted with this fact, Hans Jacob could not cope and 'went crazy', as they aptly say in Swiss German, i.e. the incident led to a crisis of consciousness and his already existing strong religious bias increased to delusional manifestations, which can be read in the 481st contact conversation (explained by Billy as follows): "Later he (Hans Jacob) then explained, when he was slowly losing his senses, so I remember, that I had received the knowledge of the Cumbre Vieja volcano from the devil himself, and he could prove that, because he had personally seen me driving through Wetzikon with the devil on the back seat of my moped. He wrote a letter to that effect to a professor he knew, then also copied it and sent it en masse to many people around the world, as Michael Hesemann told me."

The rapid hair growth of <Billy> Eduard Albert Meier (BEAM)
Since the Corona pandemic outbreak over the whole world with the meanwhile numerous
mutations, whereby necessary protective measures had to be ordered also for the house
inhabitants in the FIGU mother center, above all to remain at home and to move only in
really absolute necessity outside of the center, meant also for Billy that he could not go any
longer to the hairdresser, and I was allowed to step in as a layman as a haircutter, because
the hair of Billy grew back extraordinarily fast and rapidly. So I took over this task.
Within 2 months, March and April 2021, it was necessary to cut Billy's hair up to 6 times, and
each time more than 1 cm, so that it would not grow over his ears. This meant that his hair had
to be cut more than 1 cm every 10 days, and each time I would joke with Billy and ask him,
"Have you been away again?" which of course he would never reveal, but always remained
silent, frugal and patient until the hair cutting action was over.
Thereby I was allowed to learn from his writings and reports how he was able to travel to
other times thanks to the help from the Plejaren as well as on our planet, how he also
<traveled> to other planets in other time dimensions. And because he has never been away
from home for a longer time during these mentioned months, hardly anyone noticed that he
actually suddenly wore longer hair now and then and urgently needed a haircut again.
In a normal state, the growth of Billy's hair is neither faster nor slower than that of any earthly
human being, but it was nevertheless noticeable that he suddenly had longer hair again. The
great difference with Billy, however, lies in the fact that, according to his mission, he spreads the
<Teaching of Truth, Teaching of the Energy of Creation, Teaching of Life> on our world and at
the same time on Erra, the Plejaren world, for which he always has the dear help and
cooperation of the Plejaren. Therefore he travels to different places, where he is always helpfully
transported. But he never talks about that, and you have to get on his good side to find out
anything from him - and I just had that luck, because I had to cut his hair so often. So he very
rarely - if ever - talks about the fact that he's been away. It's usually only then that the
hairdresser gets onto this secret of Billy's and finds out about these <side trips>. Brief
conversations sometimes occur about the connection, explaining that it is not as is generally
supposed, that it is different with the passage of time, namely that when it is lived through in the
past it becomes manipulative, i.e. that the return occurs at the same time as the departure.
If Billy is on a trip that is time-shifted from our Earth time, so the time he is in the past or future
- say for a month - while away from home is so minimally short, maybe only seconds or 15 min,
usually at night doing his tedious office work for the mission, then a few hours, days, or weeks of
absence due to traveling with the Pleiars is not noticeable. This because during that time the
others in the house are all asleep, so no one notices that there has been any absence from Billy
at all. Now, however, this has changed, because Barbara has noticed that Billy's hair has
suddenly grown more than 1 cm, even though I had cut it for him 5 days ago, and it was so
short that it normally could not grow back that much in that time.
So this is regarding Billy's hair and much more that I have come to know and witness during my
20 years as a core group member. All of it fills yours truly with the finest feelings of honor that
remain in my deepest self.

A witness statement
by Jakobus Bertshinger in Zeugenbuch (witness book) on page 39. He writes that he saw Meier leave the house at Hinwil 9 AM in the morning on the 17th of July 1975. This was before Meier grew full beard and he noticed he was clean shaven when he left that morning. Jakobus spent the day and next morning in Meier’s sitting room waiting for him to come back. Meier arrived back after being away for 22 hours and Jakobus noticed two things with him which put down in his statement as follows:
Jakobus Bertshinger:
"First, Billy made a very tired, wearily impression, which especially was reflected in the eyes, which he clearly only with difficulty, could keep open. And secondly Billy carried a beard so thick, as if he had not shaved for a week”
German original:
"Erstens machte Billy einen sehr Müden, abgespannten Eindruck, was sich vor allem in den Augen Widerspiegelte, die er offenbar nur mit Mühe offenhalten konnte. Und Zweitens trug Billy einen so üppigen Bart, als ob er sich eine Woche lang nicht mehr rasiert hätte."
The week old thick beard -
lend support to Billy’s claim that a time manipulation had taken place and that he had been away for a total of 5 days in real time, not the 22 hours as observed time by the witness. Billy further claim he did not sleep at all during the space trip and Jakobus stated that when Billy went to bed he slept continuous for 26 hours in a deep sleep.

Re: Time travel
Hi Arthur,
Your post brings together some of the clearest, most tangible time‑travel indicators in the Meier material — from the Kuiper Belt foresight in CR 31, to the Hinwil letter experiment, to Karin Wallén’s pandemic haircut observations, and Jakobus Bertschinger’s beard‑growth testimony.
Here’s a related snippet from Flying Chariots – The Rise Time Traveling In The Billy Meier Case • Christian Frehner:
- The Hinwil letter as a closed‑loop displacement with a pre‑dated postmark.
- Physical side‑effects — fatigue, beard/hair growth — matching days away in another timeframe.
- Historical verification trips where data from past eras matched later finds.
- Time‑dilated mission work: days “elsewhere” equating to minutes here, exactly what CR 119’s chronon model implies.
On the specific topic of Earth‑future humans, several contact reports (e.g. CR 645, CR 646, CR 651) describe:
- Our own descendants from centuries ahead, arriving via time‑bridges in small and large craft.
- Their appearances in the present are for observational or corrective purposes, while avoiding open contact to prevent cultural contamination.
- They are entirely human, genetically of Earth origin, but technologically far advanced.
- Some operate from concealed bases in remote regions, using temporal “slip” technology to enter and exit our timeframe with minimal trace.
- The Plejaren note these future‑Earth humans are not a unified group; some factions are benevolent observers, others more self‑interested.
In Contact Report 119, Billy explains the relationship between tachyons and chronons: one second contains exactly the number of chronons held within the light constant of one septillionth of a millimetre, and a chronon’s length is a fixed fractional measure. This offers a physics‑based rationale for how Plejaren technology can “bridge” time — compressing or expanding experienced duration while local time barely moves.
When you line up the Hinwil letter, the beard/hair anomalies, and the CR 119 chronon framework with these contact‑report statements about future‑Earth visitors, a coherent picture emerges:
- Time travel is not just a Plejaren capability — our own lineage eventually develops it.
- Physical anomalies in Billy’s case match what you’d expect from time‑dilated travel.
- The presence of future‑Earth humans in our era suggests the “eventual” arrival point for such technology may be closer than we think.
For anyone wanting to explore that angle further, the Future of Mankind entries for Contact Report 645 and Contact Report 651 are a good starting point — they go into the motives, methods, and limitations of these visitors from our own future.
With appreciation for your detailed post,
Kelsey
From CR119: Billy:
Then just not. But is it right, now, if I have calculated that the Creation's expansion rate, for the initial period, was 44,069,497.5 kilometres per second, with a steadily constant half-life rate of almost exactly 6,347,755,102,040 years, from which the results arise that the expansion rate of the Creation at its universal beginning was 147 times the speed of today's speed of light constant, but this speed decreased with a half-life of 6,347,755,102,040 years and continues to decrease, so the starting point of today's light constant lay at a speed of 344,292.9 kilometres per second, but through the already elapsed portion of half-time, it has already dropped by 44,500.4 kilometres per second, whereby the present and current light constant of 299,792.5 kilometres per second arises, according to which an original light-year, from the starting point of the current light constant, of around 1.390 X 10^15 km has amounted. This means, according to my calculations, that the constant of one second of the initial period of the expansion rate must have been 147 times faster than the constant of one second today, because at that time, around 46 trillion years ago, the speed of light was even 44,069,497.5 kilometres per second. From this, it also arose in my calculations that one second has, in each case, exactly that number of chronons that the light constant of one septillionth of a millimeter contains in itself because a chronon has a length of 105 septillionths of 140 mm and because exactly that number of chronons is able to pass a certain point, from the source to the fade-out of a beam of light, as the speed of light contains in itself – so in the present case, around 20.394 X 10^30 chronons per second. This was even easier to calculate since I knew that space and time are dependent on each other; therefore, both time holds space in itself as also space holds time. From these results, however, my acceptance has arisen that through the transformation and lowering of the speed of light by the half-life, also space and the chronons change themselves, according to which, then, normal space would have to change itself to hyperspace and the chronons would have to change themselves to tachyons, which continue to exist in hyperspace as the smallest units of time at their own, old speed, according to which the oldest tachyons would, therefore, have to have a speed of 44,069,497.5 kilometres per second in their own hyperspace. It also became clear to me that each dwindling away of a half-life creates its own hyperspace; thus, already seven different hyperspaces (7 half-lives = 7 X 6,347,755,102,040 = 44.434 X 10^12 years) would have to exist in our universe. Furthermore, it also became clear to me that time-travels into the past or future can only be associated with this fact, because somehow, the travelling object must be manipulated so that the flow of chronons is steered. So for example, if tachyons with a speed of light higher than ours and present in hyperspace or normal space would be stored around a travelling object, then it would be hurled into the past, while a flow of chronons below our current speed of light must have a journey into the future as a consequence. This has become clear to me, but the HOW, that has remained a riddle to me. It is now also clear to me that the chronons can only stay and move in normal space, while the tachyons only move in hyperspace. This, then, along with many other things that have become perceptible to me, about which I would still like to say nothing today, however, because I am not yet sure of the results. Ah yes, what could still be said: According to my calculations, after the end of the next half-life, our light constant would have to be 172,146.45 kilometres per second. Now to these things, the big question: To what extent are my calculations and findings right?

Re: Time travel
Hi Kelsey,
Here is the case of Rabbi Jechieli/Jechiel who met Billy, Asket and Jitschi (a person they bring with them) in the 13th Century in France.
Billy gives his appended torch, an electric pocket lamp with batteries to the rabbi.
He becomes a magician !
Asket explanation part 4 :
Jechieli:
You told me about that once. But what does the man have here on his belt? (Jechieli pointed to my appended torch.)
Eduard:
That is an electric pocket lamp with batteries.
Jechieli:
That is unknown to me. What is its purpose? Unfortunately, I cannot acquaint myself with things like that because your friend does not want to take me with her.
Eduard:
But you certainly do know what a lamp is. Indeed, in your time you also have things like this in order to make light. But to my knowledge you use tallow, candles or oil, and so forth, for that.
Jechieli:
So that is therefore a lamp? But where does one light it?
Eduard:
Here, see. You do not have to ignite this torch with fire, rather only with this small switch here. It has neither tallow nor oil, nor a candle. It burns with electrical
energy, which I, however, cannot more closely explain to you, because I do not know very much about these things.
Jechieli:
That is incomprehensible to me.
Jitschi:
Just leave that, Eduard. I understand quite a lot about electricity and will explain everything to him later.
Eduard:
Thank you, that takes a problem away from me. – See here, Jechieli, you can keep this torch. Here you also still have four replacement batteries for it. Let Jitschi explain the entire secret to you.
Jechieli:
But I cannot accept that. Indeed, that is certainly very, very valuable.
Jitschi: (laughing) Stop it. Just take the lamp, because, for us, these things are quite cheap and can be had in great quantities.
(Jechieli gratefully accepted the lamp and marvelled at it at length. Then, in discussion, he went into the house with Jitschi, while Asket and I roamed through the meadows chatting and enjoying the glorious nature. More than 5 hours passed before we returned again and discovered Jechieli and Jitschi talking shop.)
Jitschi:
Jechieli is very clever. I have given him my electric fence energiser and have also drawn up plans for him to set up a dynamo which he can drive with a windmill or a water wheel. Now he wants to set up an electric security device for the door of his house with it, because people constantly bother him.
Asket: (laughs resoundingly)
63. That could indeed become quite mirthful.
64. If he really does that, then he will go down in history as a mysterious magician.
65. Indeed, he is already called that now.
Jitschi:
I will study the old books of French history, maybe I will actually find my electric fence energiser in them as a door guard, and the simple torch as some sort of dim magic lamp. Rabbi Jechieli's work of the devil. I am excited. But now I still want to put a question to you, Asket: Jechieli has giving me some things which I would like to take back into our time, because they would, with certainty, have a very high antique value there. Can I take the things back with me?
Asket:
66. If you want to, naturally.
67. But the value of the things would not be great for your time, and indeed, because the gifts from Jechieli are clearly from his epoch, from the Thirteenth Century, yet, in your time, will not be older.
68. We require only a tiny split second to go from this epoch back to your time, during which everything in my ship and these things will also only age by just this time.
69. If Jechieli's gifts are to become antiques, then you must bury them somewhere or deposit them in some other way, and arrange for them to endure in the normal time-span of centuries so they then really age.
70. With our ship, if I may so speak, we bridge space and time by way of a transmission through parabolic space, whereby space and time become finite and shrink to a denominator of a spilt second.
71. That means that we can, in this way, bridge time-spans of billions of years in a tiny split second without becoming older than that specific split second.
The Jewish Fairy Book (Gerald Friedlander) The Magic Lamp
"The story that Rabbi Jechiel had a wonderful magic lamp passed from mouth to mouth, till at last it reached the ears of the King of France. The tale sounded so extraordinary that the King determined to ascertain whether this story was mere idle rumor without any foundation, or whether the Rabbi really had a marvelous lamp. He accordingly ordered his attendants to fetch the Rabbi and to bring him to the royal presence."
