But what I want to talk about now is the following: Recently, we in the group and also various persons outside the group have been talking about the reason why you do not make contact with earthlings, neither with governments nor with persons from the normal citizenry. I have had to explain this several times recently, as I also did when Lee Elders was commissioned to deliver your message to the US government to establish contact through me as a permanent intermediary. But perhaps you can explain a little why you do not make contact with Earthlings and why I had to be the mediator with Petra and Anatol. Something explained from your side is possibly more detailed than what I have said and explained in each case.

72. This is a matter which is quite obviously impossible to make the bulk of Earth-humans understand, and not even when they profess to understand our Plejaren behaviour, which in reality is not the case.
73. Obviously, however, the time has come to speak openly about it, if you are asked about it more often, consequently it will also have to be listed on the FIGU website, which corresponds to our justification that our directives do not allow direct and physical contact with Earth-humans.
74. As you have been teaching Earth-humans since your youth and bringing reality and truth to them, I will take the liberty in this regard to recall and recite an extract from your statement written in March 1986 to the German politician Franz Josef Strauss, who was chairman of the CSU party and interested in our contacts, and who also wanted to know various things concerning religions, sects, faith and his fate and death.

Ah, I do not have a copy of that anymore, unfortunately, because my ex, Kalliope, 'disappeared' several folders of files and various other things. I know that, and in particular you have written a great deal about many of those Earth-humans who are self-conceitedly addicted to a show of power, like especially the majority of those in power who are obsessed with domination and personally always want to be in the front line away from the people, who pretend to be important, but are effectively those who are the greatest danger to peace and freedom.
79. This is because they are uncontrollably afflicted by sinister thoughts and feelings that suggest wrong and negative things to them.

Yes, that is so. I have written quite a bit about that then.

80. That is true, and I think I will now recite what you wrote to Franz Josef Strauss, among others, when he asked you why he, as a devout Christian, was suddenly and unintentionally seized with malicious thoughts, feelings, revenge and hatred when he was confronted with certain things, questions, remarks, impulses and things that were incomprehensible to him.
(Excerpt) "… Because individual states, such as the USA in particular, foment and actually also spread discord, war, terror and lack of freedom all over the world, interfere in other countries' affairs and impose sanctions on them, thus creating hatred and discord, more and more armed conflicts and effective wars are growing around the globe. In particular, first and most evil in this regard are the state rulers and their surrounding aides and abettors of the USA. It is mainly these who are carrying out their intrigues in the entire expanse of the globe and are endlessly intent on confrontations, covert intelligence activities, clandestine terrorism and war, as well as for secret infiltration, instigating unrest, and extremely vile, subversive, and disorder-destroying involvement in foreign governments. This, as has been the case since time immemorial, although the dictatorship of the Europa-Union (NB. Billy: The EU dictatorship refers to the present. The origin of the EU dictatorship already began with the founding of the European Community in 1951 and the EEA, although I already knew at that time that it would be called the EU), which in other ways spreads discord and coercion by, like Germany, unjustifiably interfering in the internal and external affairs of foreign states, also imposing sanctions on them and provoking hatred and revenge in foreign countries. And that the peoples harassed in this way react in an unpeaceful manner is really not surprising.
If the Earth-humans of all the states of the Earth are examined in general, as well as their delusions of faith and their behaviour analysed in detail, then it can be seen that the majority, or the majority, is addicted to a delusion of faith, or a religious delusion of faith, in which, on the one hand, people believe that as believers in their own delusion, they are better than those of other faiths, unbelievers, foreigners, neutrals and those who know the truth, etc. And this overgrowth of religious believers arrogantly believes itself to be better than others and 'God's servants', which effectively corresponds to a form of evil racism.
However, the corresponding earthlings are neither aware of nor recognise this because the supergros imagines themselves to be better than others and is thus self-deceiving. This fact, however, is not recognised by all believers in religions and sects, from the simple bourgeois believer up to the Pope or other highest religious bosses of every religion and creed. Consequently, all these facts are vehemently denied, because they are cowardly and incapable of thinking and reflecting, and unwilling to search for the effective truth. Therefore, they are unable to search for and analyse the effective reality and its truth themselves, consequently it also remains closed to them to get to know themselves in order to know and experience who, how and what they themselves actually are.
Because all believers in religions and sects live in a belief-imagination that vehemently dominates them, they are imperatively held in their delusion as if by brazen clamps and are incapable of allowing even a weak thought to arise in themselves in order to turn to real reality and its incontrovertible and actual truth. Through every conceivable belief of every kind, the earthlings therefore deceive themselves and insert themselves into a state of belief which corresponds to a belief-based suppression with regard to their malignant as well as completely degenerated character traits. This happens uncontrollably, immediately and unstoppably, when it becomes active and breaks through into the world of thought and feeling as soon as anything occurs that acts like an explosion of consciousness. It may be only a word, a thing or situation, etc., which causes the profound evil and bad character traits suppressed by a belief to break through and degenerate in a matter of seconds. A particular consequence of this is then that as soon as even corresponding thoughts and feelings arise, they then cause mischief.
The fact is that human beings are not freed from evil and are therefore absolutely capable of transferring any bad, evil and false characteristics to other persons in any way. In fact, this does not correspond to any imagination or pathological delusion, but to a fact which also ensures that at any time any religious belief regarding love and humanity etc. immediately collapses as soon as any negative, evil or simply bad events, insults or remarks etc. occur. If this happens, then cognitively or rationally uncontrollable and uncontrollable thought-feeling harmful, revengeful, negative, bad and degenerating impulses as well as corresponding negative psyche-actions occur, which urge for retaliation and are usually carried out according to the principle 'Tit for tat'.
The inevitable consequence of this is that the human being, because as a result of his religious delusion he is neither balanced, neutral nor effectively peaceful, as well as not immune, protected, resistant, unresponsive and unable to defend himself against his evil character traits that lie in wait for an outbreak deep within him and always degenerate. This is because he is susceptible, receptive, palpable and thus unable to defend himself against the bad, negative and evil degenerations lurking deep within him. As a result, moments occur in which these suddenly evil, bad, degenerating and damaging unvalues burst out of the deeply buried negative, bad, uncontrollable and evil accumulation of character vehemently and violently in a degenerating manner. And when such thoughts and feelings come up, the human being freaks out and causes mischief, because then he reacts extremely aggressively and causes damage and mischief in some evil and bad way, which he otherwise usually represses, suppresses and buries in his innermost collection of character through his religious delusion. And this he practices incessantly in his religious delusion, instead of consciously seeking out all the negative, bad and evil within himself, taking it up and working it out in full consciousness in a combating and dissolving way, so that everything is dissolved and harmless.
When it happens that the believing human being is confronted religiously, worldly, philosophically or sectarian with something that is, for example, contrary to his opinion, his will or well-being, his possessions, his attitude, security or contrary to his needs, desires or against his will, etc., then all the unvalues of his character universe break through. This is then the moment when evil and foul insults fall and Gewalt[1] breaks out, weapons are taken up and mischief is done, resulting in murders, manslaughter, hatred, retaliation as well as revenge, feuds, wars and terror. This is because the human beings who have lost their faith live in their abnormal, arrogant delusion that, as a result of their delusion, they are freed from all such moments, which they suppress in terms of faith and keep hidden and down deep in their collection of character traits, but which, on every suitable or unsuitable occasion, break through as bad, evil and barbaric character traits and are acted out in degenerate ways."

82. Well, there may be a few outside the bulk of Earth-humans who make a conscious effort to control all the bad and malignant qualities held down deep in their character so that they do not come out abruptly or in a semi-controlled way.
83. These, however, are human beings who think for themselves and determine their own course of life, and this without any religious or other kind of faith conceit, consequently they are anxious to shape their life and existence in a logical way.
84. These, however, are Earth-humans like the learning members of the FIGU, who concern themselves with the doctrine of creation, deal with it and positively comprehend what they have learned, and through self-control become largely free from such degenerations as I have described.
85. The fact is that, as a rule, the majority of all state authorities are also religious delusionists, who are just as profoundly bad, evil and degenerate in character as the majority of Earth-humans.
86. Consequently, they too are burdened with Gewalt and degeneracy in their lust for power, which they bring to bear at every opportunity, just as they do when they imagine that they would be disadvantaged in their exercise of power by an external representation, as was the case with the Americans when we wanted to seek aid for the USA and you therefore handed over our letter to Lee Elders, who had to pass it on to the powerful in the USA.
87. However, as far as we Plejaren are concerned and our motives for not having any direct contact with Earth-humans – which also refers to life-forms of other worlds – this corresponds on the one hand to our directives, as I have already mentioned, and on the other hand to the fact, which led to these directives, that we Plejaren have to protect ourselves from the dangerous influences of Earth human profound negative and uncontrollable character traits.
88. These character unvalues, which have been stored in the deepest character being of Earth-humans since time immemorial, and which are suppressed by religious delusionary conceit, but are latently preserved in their effectiveness, break through to the outside again and again in an uncontrollable manner.
89. Consequently, hatred, revenge, falsehood and retaliation, which lurk latently deep in the innermost character, break out again and again and endlessly, and are ready to break through to the outside at every opportunity, if an abrupt evil movement occurs in the consciousness of the Earth human being.
90. And every such sudden impulse is uncontrollable for Earth-humans, because they have never learned from time immemorial to control and master these degenerated character impulses, and consequently they break through uninhibitedly and inexorably to the outside and lead to disaster.
91. Above all, the religious delusion of faith of Earth-humans also plays a part in this, which deludes them into believing that they are above all evil, bad and degenerate and therefore not susceptible to it, which, however, corresponds to nothing other than another delusion of faith, because evil, negativity and degeneracy always continue to exist in the deeply buried character being and immediately take effect when a sudden impulse evokes them without being able to control them.
92. Thus the religious delusion of being immune to hatred, revenge, retaliation, etc., becomes the trigger of all the evil latent in the deepest character being, so that Gewalt is immediately resorted to and uncontrollable mischief is done in burgeoning hatred, revenge and retaliatory behaviour.
93. Thus, when suddenly negative impulses arise, whose origins are extremely banal and manifold, immediately degenerating thoughts are led, which urge for hatred, revenge and retaliation, consequently equally immediately Gewalt force breaks through, which often leads to murder, war, capital crimes, manslaughter and terror.
94. Now, in response to your explanation, it is to be explained that the basic justification given for our directive is founded precisely in the explanations I have just given, which expresses the fact that we Plejaren would endanger ourselves in our peaceful, righteous and self-controlling behaviour in contacts with Earth-humans through their inherent degenerations.
95. This, then, should we violate our directives and come into contact with Earth-humans who are still altogether subject to the bias and degenerations of that which I have elaborated and explained.
96. The whole reason why we cling to our directives and prevent ourselves from entering into direct or other closer contact with Earth-humans is based on the fact that we Plejaren are not immune to the degenerations of all kinds which are peculiar to Earth-humans, but are just as susceptible to them as is also uncontrollably inherent in Earth-humans themselves.
97. It is true that for more than 52,000 years we Plejaren have been endowed with peace and righteousness, and we cultivate a culture of freedom and adherence to creational laws as well as personal control, self-respect and self-control, just as to a certain degree an uninfluenceability is also inherent in us.
98. Nevertheless, and this is unfortunately the case, there is still the danger of external influences which we have to defend ourselves against in order not to fall prey to false, negative, evil and bad influences.
99. If this were to happen, however, there would be an inevitable consequence of transmission and spreading in our peoples.
100. Even a single human being as the bearer of such catastrophic deformities as are peculiar to Earth-humans would be enough to pass on these disastrous evil values and thus infect our peoples with the malignant behaviour.
101. In a short time all our Plejaren peoples would lapse into the same behaviour as that which prevails among Earth-humans, and consequently everything would return to the way it also prevailed among us more than 52,000 years ago.
102. The fact is that degenerated human behaviour, especially among the majority of Earth-humans, has grown out of control and produces a suggestive wave which in a short time spreads to other human beings, influences them, transforms them and makes them act in the same way as those who live out their degenerations, transmitting them suggestively by word and swinging wave to other human beings, who then begin to think, act and behave in the same way.
103. And this is exactly what we Plejaren must avoid, which is the reason why we would not establish or cultivate any contact with Earth-humans.
104. We, and indeed all our peoples, are not yet in a stage of evolution which would liberate and immunise us from such negative, malignant, degenerate and profoundly character degenerations and behaviour as these primitive degenerations are still peculiar to Earth-humans.
105. The life-threatening process which my father Sfath and you have been able to undergo in order to be immune to all these and many other degenerations and, moreover, to be of a different nature, has never been possible for our peoples, that is, also for all those who carry on their activity on Earth and with you, and that includes me.
106. However, we should not talk about this in all openness, just as you should also not let anything else be known.
107. This will also remain so for a long time, consequently we have to be patient and keep ourselves from contact with any Earth-humans.
108. That was also the reason why we asked you at that time whether you would act as a mediator if we could have achieved a possible mediator contact with the leaders of the USA, the Soviet Union and China, since you should have taken over the task of the mediator.
109. But since the three letters did not reach their destination, because they were misappropriated by your confidants and not delivered to the recipients, everything dissolved before even a first statement could have been made by the leaders of the time, in the USA Carter and then Reagan, in the Soviet Union Brezhnev, in China Ye Jianying.
