The following is written to make the responsible ones self-reflect and realize that it is right to stop the U. War and discuss a peace agreement.

  1. Based on Billy’s foresight in CR 861 this war may create unexpected results – for the East and the West

Billy in CR 861:
“What will happen after the war in Ukraine is completely different from what is hoped for, but what will happen in this regard will prove that everything will turn out completely differently from what illusory notions of consequences can dream of. However, silence is to be maintained about this, because the unrealistic-dangerous political machinations will lead to things and reactions that are not foreseen …”
https://www.futureofmankind.co.uk/Billy_Meier/Contact_Report_861
And then Billy explains the mindset of soldiers – especially the murderous, inhumane mindset of. mercenaries… - and the maddening mindset of some people hailing them as “war heroes” …
Is this an indication that mercenaries will determine future military actions?
Will they topple the military leadership in R.?
Will they create ‘the unforeseeable” that will happen to Europe’?

  • Hugo replied to this.

BLS The unexpected results for the West will surely be no good and for the East I am not sure but I expect it can only further unite Eastern nations against West. Both military and financial, exlike with more and more nations joining the Brics.

_(Continuing the Article "The Reasons for Peace")

These are but open questions. No-one who is right in his mind wants them to come true.
In the following we will first discuss the historical background of our ‘Here and Now’ before returning to Billy’s insights.

    2. Realizing The Opponent’s Common Humanity
To end a war the opposing parties need to recognize the common humanity of their opponent and change their mindset from one of hostility and mistrust to one of empathy and a willingness to cooperate.
We know that this happened during the reign of M. Gorbachev. We know that, ultimately, his truly humane idea of a peaceful co-relation did not come true. Billy’s historical account in CR 861 mirrors the insights of post-Cold War historian M. E. Sarotte’s book “:Not one inch: America, Russia and the Making of the Cold War Stalemate”:
    https://www.theguardian.com/world/2022/jan/12/russias-belief-in-nato-betrayal-and-why-it-matters-today

Ms. Sarotte argues that there was an informal understanding that NATO would not take advantage of R. (not expand its membership closer to R.’s borders) and that, if this understanding was followed through, R. may have evolved into a much more democratic country. It is a bitter setback for mankind that M. Gorbachev’s sincerity and his principles of glasnost (“openness”/freedom of speech) and perestroika (“restructuring”/ more autonomy for enterprises) did not succeed.

    3. A” Turning Back in Time”
As the chance to create a friendly co-relation was not taken there was a ‘turning back the time’ – in the East and West. E.g., in Russia today “There is a growing nostalgia for the Soviet Union period and S. as a leader. S. is seen as the main figure who defeated fascism, who gets the honours for victory in the Great Patriotic War. And that war victory is a symbol of national pride.”
    https://www.bbc.com/news/world-europe-47975704

But for many non-Russians the era of St.’ism brings back dark memories.
Especially in many (east) European countries.

    4. S.’s Objectives/Motivations – Western Responses
S’s main objective was the survival of the S. Union which he envisaged as the leader of the socialist world revolution. He wanted to save his country which suffered most during WW2,

    5. The Conditions For Peace
Assuming that the historical evidence (as above) is correct and significant then to stop the U. War
it would need two leaders – one in the West and one in the East - who are willing to self-reflect. Who realize that C.’s broken informal promise (NATO membership of eastern European states) was but an effect of S.’s broken informal (Yalta) promise (not allowing free elections in eastern European states post WW2). Because as long as one or both sides feel “I have been betrayed” there is no willingness to create peace. But if the opposing sides realize that what happened was but an effect of their own doing they may be willing to – “let bygones be bygones” – “accept each other as one human race …” – “ … that never makes war against each other” – “and discuss a peace agreement an equal terms”.

    6. A War Develops ‘A Mind Of Its Own’
It may be a wishful thought. Because the belief in destroying the opponent may already be too strong. And, as Billy mentions, a war develops ‘a mind of its own’:
“And time and again it has been proved that all the advance planning of all the belligerents has proved to be null and void, for always and in every war everything went completely differently from what was planned in advance, for everything plays out completely differently from what is planned in advance. And this will also prove to be the case in the war between Ukraine and Russia ...”

This is a very serious situation. Peace on our planet, so it seems, is far off:

    7. One Glimmer of Hope
There is, however, one last glimmer of hope: The much discussed ‘Foreign to Earth’ ETs.
    https://forum.futureofmankind.co.uk/d/43-foreign-to-earth-humans-non-plejaren-extraterrestrials-visiting-earth
In CR 861 Billy confirms Luis Elizondo’s statements about UAPs switching nuclear devices on/off and he tells us why they do so:
“These late descendants [of Foreign to Earth ETs] actually want peace on Earth and no wars etc.; for example, they have put nuclear missiles resp. their controls out of operation etc. And I w…”

    8. My Own View
I think what M. Gorbachev did was honest and sincere and, due to that, it will in a future time be the source of freedom and peace in our world. Yes, in his time his move was not understood, neither in the West nor in the East. So, what is happening now and in the near future is but a preparation of the minds that this truly humane – non-capitalist and non-communist - consciousness can evolve:
“What then of nations? In Russia there comes the hope of the world, not as that sometimes termed of the Communistic, of the Bolshevistic; no. But freedom, freedom! that each man will live for his fellow man! The principle has been born. It will take years for it to be crystallized, but out of Russia comes again the hope of the world. Guided by what? That friendship with the nation that hath even set on its present monetary unit "In God We Trust."
    (Edgar Cayce, Reading 3976-29)

I truly wish all readers this heartfelt peace and friendship._

Yes, Hugo. The future does not look very safe.
And you are right, the large land mass and high population numbers of the BRICS countries should be an incentive for western countries to seek discussions and peaceful co-operation.

_One further suggestion that may assist to bring peace into our world:
Taljda to Billy in October 1989:
    https://www.futureofmankind.co.uk/Billy_Meier/Contact_Report_237

    1. He (Michael Gorbachev) actually belongs to the mission-bound ones and he acts according to the released impulses, which became effective through the peace meditation.
Maybe we should promote / increase the peace meditation?
      E.g. daily some 10 minutes?_

Than you BLS, excellent information. Oliver Stone says the same thing about Michael Gorbachev, and more.

The untold history of the United States, directed by Oliver Stone. Released in 2012, a classified America we were never meant to see. This is closely aligned with what Billy & the Plejaren have been telling us. And equally suppressed.

“A look at human events that at the time of World War II went under-reported, but crucially shaped America's unique and complex history, including the birth of the American Empire…” Thoroughly vetted...

      Hi Kenneth,

Thanks for the video! It was very interesting and I'm surprised I only found out about it now.

      M. Gorbachev

While Khrushchev denounced S.’s personality cult Gorbachev's policy of "glasnost" (“openness”) expressed a much wider willingness to discuss and critically examine the total history of the Soviet Union, including the dark chapters of S.'s rule (purges, mass executions, Holodomor etc.).
      E.g.:
"The guilt of S. and his immediate entourage before the Party and the people for the mass repressions and lawlessness they committed is enormous and unforgivable *)."

      https://www.azquotes.com/quote/1345269

And - different to any other world leader - he proposed:
"We must speak more clearly about sexuality, contraception, about abortion, about values that control population, because the ecological crisis, in short, is the population crisis. Cut the population by 90% and there aren’t enough people left to do a great deal of ecological damage."
      https://www.azquotes.com/quote/609354

      *) Similarly Oliver Stone:
In Showtime's The Putin Interviews, Stone called Joseph S. "the most famous villain in history, next to Adolf [Hitler]", who "left a horrible reputation, and stained the [Communist] ideology forever ... it's mixed with blood, and terror."
      https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Oliver_Stone

The causes of what we witness today are actually very simple.
Communism and Capitalism depend on each other: Take away one, there is no other. The polarization/hate of these manmade systems emerged from the excesses of other.
If there is, on both sides, a will to self-reflect, an agreement to create a more humane world and the insight that this is what 99.9% of the people in our world want to happen, then there is no need for war.

This was the thought that created this discussion topic.
