Hi Kenneth,

On MH’s website (1) they were recently discussing the prophecies Billy gave some 41 years ago (2).
Among these a ‘storm flood producing bomb’ (Poseidon?) and a hurricane producing weapon which will have a devastating effect in the next WW (if this WW were to happen).
Would you know anything about this hurricane producing weapon?
Could it be triggered by satellites or does it produce some changes in the atmosphere which can only be recognized from space (3)?

I just partially watched a "Sci Fi" movie recently in which the military was developing a device which could direct the path and increase the strength of hurricanes....the device depicted in the movie seeded clouds and caused the storm to intensify, then a second device created a low pressure cell which could affect the direction of the storm...

    The title was "Storm Tracker". Im guessing it was a low budget movie, but it did seem to make sense the way the plot was presented.

      Interesting, Scott. I thought of ... (a different way these weapons could be operated).
      But considering that some two thirds of mankind may die due to these climate weapons, in an inferno never seen before or after, I refrained from discussing more details:
      We live in a time when telling what your intuition tells you - even if offered to forewarn of the coming danger - could inspire the construction of more WMD.

        Hi Bill,

        I thought the prophecies says that if WW3 happens that most people will die from nuclear weapons and fallout, not climate weapons. Or am I missing something here?

          I, too, was surprised to read this, Hugo.
          Maybe these weapons are 'as well' nuclear (like the weapon that creates a mega
          Tsunami)?

            Whichever way it is, it is still all a worry! I surely hope it don't happen.

              There are several good investigations into climate "controls" - the technology was observed in a number of wars in human history. Weather is often used to enhance attacks be it smoke effects or more direct adjustments of weather patterns. At least some of the redacted nuclear testing related to weather effects. As the science involved uses energies to influence global systems - it makes logical sense that military blue sky thinking would use energy weapons to create the effects in a non radio active way. The development in North America of a high energy weapon has many "climate" objectives publicly stated.

              I expect with the levels of fear even at the potential of a nuclear conflict would tempt an irresponsible government - it is very hard to prove. Many entrepreneurs have been caught seeding clouds and it was widely reported that China cleared the skys for the Olympics. The science behind it is not challenging but the activity itself with our inefficient technologies is prohibitively expensive.

              I expect with thought it would not be hard to manage the polar ice with some technology that mimics the ice, we should have looked after. Of course the cheapest option is to fill the atmosphere with particles that reflect - folk will notice the volcano or massive bombs used - bit of crap timing in that respect.

              I only found out when delving deeper into the ‘fine print’ of this prophecy.

              Maybe these weapons are used as a prelude to an attack with other weapons / invasions?
