...foreign Wesen from outside our Federation invaded our territory. However, this required lengthy negotiations. However, everything took a long time and was associated with unpleasant and tiring negotiations with the intruders. And because Florena, Enjana and I are trained and qualified for such eventualities, we were immediately summoned to conduct the unavoidable negotiations.

...the invaders were effectively alien beings, i.e. not humans like us, but different, yet human-like beings from 17 peoples, who, in addition to the armada, came with an immense emigration association from a galaxy 4637 light years away and from a system they call 'Versob'. This system is doomed to destruction by an absolutely unstoppable cosmic catastrophe, which has already destroyed much of the system. As a result, the armada that had always existed and the necessary emigration association were joined together and left the cosmically threatened 'Versob' system in order to find a new system in the vastness of the cosmos and settle on a suitable planet. According to Earth time, they were travelling for more than 12 years before they found our galaxy and a system of our federation, as they intended to settle there, but did not know that everything is part of our federation's territory, which is controlled and belongs to our peacefulness. However, as we cannot allow an armada, these intruders were stopped by our Federation members in charge of each area, and consequently, everything necessary was immediately done to communicate with them, and Enjana, Florena and I were called in to conduct the necessary investigations and subsequent negotiations, the terms of which were determined by the Federation committee.

In our large federation area, there are still systems that have planets and support natural life, but no higher life. After thorough clarification of all necessary issues, a meeting of the committee on Erra was convened, which also represents our federation as a whole. There, it was decided that the 17 peoples of the little more than 473 million alien beings who call themselves 'Hurake' and with whom we have to communicate via rapidly developed language devices would be assigned a suitable planet in a system of our Federation as their new home. However, this was only on condition that the armada was immediately disbanded and its arsenal of weapons destroyed. This was the task of Florena, Enjana and myself, but it required lengthy negotiations and ultimately required all the alien beings to be of the same mind. After lengthy negotiations, unanimity was reached within 15 days and nights, whereupon the destruction of the Hurake armada's arsenal of weapons was carried out over a period of two days and the alien beings were brought to their new home, where they will live for the next 500 years without the possibility of leaving the planet, while they are taught and instructed in peacefulness by our Federation members and have to learn this in order to be accepted into our Federation after this period, if everything turns out satisfactorily.

The different races of beings, whose average lifespan is only about 140 years, are decisive in ensuring that over the next 500 years, peacefulness will permeate to such an extent that it will become the norm. Since the long-standing armada – which, we were assured, was only maintained to be ready for emergencies – was not designed to be aggressive or warlike, a quick agreement was reached and the decision was made as I mentioned.

When the Plejarens did what was necessary to prevent aliens (very warlike and conquest-addicted in nature, like us) from invading our planet.

They had been constantly fighting with their own races for more than 1,700 years, and at that time they were about to penetrate the space-time structure of the DERN-Universe through their space technology, on the same path that also gives us the possibility to enter this dimension, where the Milky Way galaxy and therefore also the SOL-system and the Earth are located.
24. These peoples maintained constant and contentious contacts with us, the Plejaren, and often warlike actions were also threatened, because the dictatorial powers of the planetary multi-ethnic state called 'Hardem' were constantly trying to invade and conquer the Plejaren worlds.
25. As a result, we had to be on constant defensive alert to these peoples – while also keeping our secrets, which were related to many things of our technology and which we had to protect – in order to protect ourselves against these ever-present aggressors.
26. But through infamous machinations they managed to get hold of the technology regarding the possibility of breaking through into other space-time structures, so they learned to master them in the course of time and also gained knowledge regarding the DERN-space-time structure and the Milky Way as well as the SOL-system and the Earth.
27. Then, however, about 95 Earth years ago, a completely different form of government was introduced and other rulers came to power, more peace-loving, but still subject to the urge for war and conquest, but to a somewhat lesser extent than the dictatorial rulers.
28. Consequently, they tried to join our Plejaren Federation, but they were denied the possibility of being admitted, with the possibility of being admitted if they would give up all their warlike conduct and make peace in every respect, which they were not prepared to do.

32. So if the 'Hardem' had attacked, we should not have done anything about it.
33. This is also because otherwise there would have been serious conflicts with our Plejaren Federation in the form of a very vicious war with the 'Hardem' on their homeworld.
34. So the only option was to withdraw from the Earth, but we tried – as we had done for many decades – to negotiate with the Hardem and to dissuade them from their warcraft.
35. In the end, it became generally accepted on 'Hardem' that a large group of people had an objective interest in the matter and that this led to a planet-wide overthrow of power, by which all dictatorial rulers – who had all united to form a common world dictatorship – were driven out and executed by armies accustomed to war and violence.
36. In 1996, the whole thing actually led to the new rulers coming to their senses and taking care not to allow any more power-hungry people to emulate any kind of war and also to dissuade their peoples from the warcraft.
37. Through us and our allies in the federation we have been advising the 'Hardem' ever since, so that the war-loving peoples could also be pacified.
38. Through our and our Federation's efforts and the manifold assistance provided, the peoples have been taught how to live peacefully and will also continue to do so.
39. This has been going on since 1996, and fortunately the 'Hardem' are making a very serious effort to grow into a completely new life conduct, which in just 16 years has led to the 'Hardem' being incorporated into our Plejaren Federation protection and thus becoming a candidate for our Plejaren Federation.
40. It was only in this wise that we were able to interfere in the foreign things and that it was also possible to stop the 'Hardem' from breaking through into your space-time structure and wreaking havoc on the Earth.
41. If this possibility would not have arisen for us, then it would have been possible for the warlike multi-ethnic state 'Hardem' that an attack on Earth could have taken place.
42. According to our probability calculations, this [Earth] would have been conquered, because Earth-humans would not have had anything to oppose the war technology and all weapon possibilities of the 'Hardem'.
43. All this should not have been mentioned in contact reports back in 1995, etc., because the spreading of these reports would have caused a tremendous panic among Earth-humans in many places.

You told me back then that you were negotiating with these 'Hardem', but that everything was on the knife edge. But your efforts have been successful, and that is important. The whole thing was very worrying at the time, but I always thought that maybe you could settle everything, which, according to you, was also the case. Although I was sometimes surprised that nothing threatening happened on the Earth, and that you also said nothing more about it after you had given up and cleared away all your Earthly stations, I always thought that you would surely have a reason for your silence. I was also surprised that your contacts with me likewise continued frequently. But now everything is clear to me and I think I understand that you only wanted to inform me about everything when everything was really going well – or am I wrong?

45. Although the 'Hardem' do not yet belong to the Plejaren Federation, they are under its protection, which ensures that they are no longer a threat.
