by KelseyBryantAnthis
Purpose of this thread:
To collaboratively build a timeline of Contact Report (CR) content that can be matched with verifiable historical events — whether already confirmed or still awaiting corroboration. This is about careful, transparent research, not “proving” anything in one leap. The aim is to document, source, and discuss.

How to contribute:
1. Share the CR number, date, and excerpt in your own words
2. Provide the historical event details and your source link(s)
3. Note if the correlation is confirmed or still speculative

CR Number & Date:
Contact Report 115 — 19 October 1978
Summary of Excerpt (in my own words):
Billy describes Jupiter’s moon Io as having intense volcanic activity, with active eruptions and a surface shaped by this volcanism. This was stated months before any spacecraft flyby.
Exact Excerpt from CR 115:
Ptaah:
Concerning the moon Io, it is to be said that it is very volcanically active, and in fact more active than the Earth.
Its surface is constantly being reshaped by volcanic activity, and there are always several eruptions occurring at the same time in different places.
The masses of ejected material are hurled up to 300 kilometres high, and the entire surface is covered with sulphur and sulphur compounds, which give it a very colourful appearance.
Historical Event & Sources:
On 5 March 1979, NASA’s Voyager 1 spacecraft flew past Jupiter and captured images of Io’s surface, revealing active volcanic plumes — the first direct observation of extraterrestrial volcanism. NASA scientists later called this one of the most important discoveries of the mission.

Correlation Status:
Confirmed — The CR description of Io’s volcanism predates Voyager 1’s discovery by several months and matches the scientific findings in key details.

CR Number & Date:
Contact Report 150 — 10 October 1981
Summary of Excerpt (in my own words):
Billy is told about a large space object referred to as the “Red Meteor” that will one day threaten Earth, with a projected impact corridor stretching from the North Sea to the Black Sea. The date given for the close pass is 13 April 2029, with a possible later return in 2036.
Exact Excerpt from CR 150:
Quetzal:
…This is the “rote Meteor” which, according to our calculations, will threaten to crash into Earth on the 13th of April, 2029, and if not averted, will cause a catastrophe from the North Sea to the Black Sea. The danger will also exist again in the year 2036.
Historical Event & Sources:
On 21 December 2004, astronomers at Kitt Peak Observatory discovered asteroid 99942 Apophis. Initial NASA calculations gave a small but real probability of Earth impact in 2029 or 2036. The 2029 close approach date exactly matches the one given in CR 150, 23 years earlier.
https://cneos.jpl.nasa.gov/ca/
https://theyflyblog.com/2015/05/new-con ... t-apophis/
Correlation Status:
Confirmed (date and general parameters) — Object discovered decades after Meier’s publication; impact outcome remains officially “ruled out” by NASA, but the match in timing and description is notable.

CR Number & Date:
Contact Report 59 — 7 July 1976
Summary of Excerpt (in my own words):
Billy is informed that Saturn has more moons than officially known at the time, with the Plejaren count given as 29.
Exact Excerpt from CR 59:
Semjase:
Saturn possesses 29 moons, some of which are very small and difficult to detect with your instruments.
Historical Event & Sources:
In the late 1970s, only about a dozen Saturnian moons were confirmed. By 2000, improved telescopes and the Cassini mission had brought the official count to 29 — matching the number given in 1976.

Correlation Status:
Confirmed — Match between Plejaren figure and later official count.

CR Number & Date:
Contact Report 31 — 17 July 1975

Summary of Excerpt (in my own words):
Billy is told that the surface temperature on Venus is over 500 °C, the atmosphere is extremely dense CO₂ with sulphuric acid clouds, and the pressure is dozens of times greater than Earth’s.

Exact Excerpt from CR 31:
Semjase:
Venus is a very inhospitable world. The atmospheric pressure at the surface is more than 90 times that of Earth, the air consists almost entirely of carbon dioxide, and the temperature exceeds 500 degrees Celsius. Dense clouds of sulphuric acid permanently cover the planet.

Historical Event & Sources:
In late 1975 and 1976, the Soviet Venera 9 and Venera 10 landers transmitted the first direct measurements from Venus’ surface, confirming temperatures around 465 °C, pressures about 92 bar, and a CO₂‑rich atmosphere with sulphuric acid clouds.

CR Number & Date:
Contact Report 223 — 1 May 1988

Summary of Excerpt (in my own words):
Billy and Quetzal discuss “wandering” black holes — rogue black holes that drift through interstellar space, some passing through galaxies on long courses.

Exact Excerpt from CR 223:
Quetzal:
…there are still the “black wanderers,” as you call those kinds of black holes that drift through the cosmos. In addition to the central black hole of a galaxy, there can be others that move on their own paths, some bound to a galaxy, others roaming freely.

Historical Event & Sources:
In 2008 and 2009, astrophysicists published studies suggesting hundreds of “rogue” or “wandering” black holes may roam the Milky Way, remnants of galaxy mergers or stellar collapse, decades after Meier’s description.

Correlation Status:
Confirmed — Concept described before it entered mainstream astrophysics.

CR Number & Date:
Contact Report 39 — 3 December 1975

Summary of Excerpt (in my own words):
Billy is told that the planet Uranus has a retrograde axial rotation — it spins in the opposite direction to most planets — and that it is tipped so far over that it essentially rolls along its orbit.

Exact Excerpt from CR 39:
Semjase:
Uranus rotates in the opposite direction to the Earth and most other planets, and its axis is inclined so far that it lies almost in the plane of its path around the Sun. This causes the planet to roll along its orbit, so to speak.

Historical Event & Sources:
In 1986, NASA’s Voyager 2 flyby confirmed Uranus’ axial tilt of about 98 degrees and its retrograde rotation, matching the description given in 1975 — more than a decade earlier.
https://voyager.jpl.nasa.gov/mission/
https://futureofmankind.co.uk/Billy_Mei ... Report_039

Correlation Status:
Confirmed — Orientation and rotation direction were verified by spacecraft long after the CR was published.

CR Number & Date:
Contact Report 115 — 19 October 1978

Summary of Excerpt (in my own words):
In the same discussion where Io and Jupiter’s ring were described, Billy is told that Pluto is not the only small planetary‑type body beyond Neptune — that there are others, some similar in size, orbiting far out in the solar system.

Exact Excerpt from CR 115:
Ptaah:
Beyond the planet Pluto there exist other small world bodies, some of which are as large as Pluto itself, moving in great distances around the Sun. These are not yet known to your scientists.

Historical Event & Sources:
Starting in 1992, astronomers began discovering objects in the Kuiper Belt beyond Pluto, including (136199) Eris in 2005, which is similar in size to Pluto. This led to the 2006 IAU reclassification of Pluto as a “dwarf planet,” along with Eris and others.

https://futureofmankind.co.uk/Billy_Mei ... Report_115

Correlation Status:
Confirmed — The existence of Pluto‑sized trans‑Neptunian objects was stated decades before the first such discovery.
