They may be similar to the “Gray” aliens associated with Roswell who, according to J. Corso *), were not actual extraterrestrials but rather biorobots created by someone to work on other planets
J. Corso: “They had an “oversized incandescent light bulb-shaped head. The eye sockets were oversized and almond shaped and pointed down to its tiny nose… There were no eyebrows or any indications of facial hair. But, so J. Corso, they were “4-foot non-human creatures" who had “bizarre-looking 4-fingered hands” So, J. Corso's Roswell androids were taller than the much smaller and 3 finger-hands-life forms presented in the DW documentary. According to Quetzal (CR215:100) the Roswell androids "resemble their creators", not sure whether this means they exactly match their Reticulum creators or if they are slightly different (i.e., different number of fingers / different height)

From what I gathered regarding the Peru findings which look very familiar to the statues I've linked, these reptilians might be more than just fantasy. The local and Russian and American scientists determined that every bone of each skeleton belonged to the same organism (meaning they were not made from different animals/humans) were all at least 1000 years old and their genetic data did not match any animal or human. I'm not a proponent of anything, but those remains should be studied more or rather given a chance.
In this case two alleged species have been found. A short humanoid and a very small reptilian species close to one another. It doesn't seem far fetched that an invasive space species could create some sort of reptilian helpers.
Now for the other reptilian ETs people see... I have no idea. It is a recurring theme in abductions stories.
