Hi KBA. If you can work out that the entire social system, in most counties of Earth, is designed in such a way that deters persons from ever not doing anything, then you will be alright, from that one comes to know how to manage your time. If on top of that, in terms of a soft-skill formula equation, you know that one must always use time constructively to maintain the body and mind, to skip several steps for the sake of simplicity. Then being able to walk 8-10 miles per day, while communicating right answers, more right answers than wrong, and one does this every day for much of the rest of their life, then will be able to walk the gauntlet, then your 51% there for most obstacles; of some, then most, professions and occupations, getting easier and more relaxed as get older. Once one triangulates and becomes confident that this level of work is required for good life, and all the best of life, then building it up, keeping it built up, creating a FIGU Landesgruppe will be easy, due to the momentum and propensity behind it, you will eventually actually be seeking to go further and to do more.
Some people I have trained in this way, who just needed to hear me say, have gone on to train as doctors and walk a marathon of exchanges through a hospital and all the rest of it, every day. It can start by walking a couple of miles everyday calmly with some relaxing music. Its as much about scheduling, staging, planning and organisation as it is about the rest.
Wishing you well.
